Easy Burger Recipe

Burgers are a beloved food staple that are enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you're craving a classic cheeseburger or a veggie burger, making a burger at home can be easy and delicious. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make a classic beef burger recipe:

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 hamburger buns

4 slices of cheese

Lettuce

Tomato

Onion

Condiments (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. 1

Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix the ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties that are about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2

Place the patties onto the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings. Wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, and onion. Toast the hamburger buns if desired.

  3. 3

When the burgers are almost done cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt for 30 seconds.

Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bottom half of the hamburger bun, followed by the lettuce, tomato, onion, and any condiments you prefer.

Top the burger with the other half of the bun and enjoy!

Tips:

Don't overwork the ground beef when forming the patties as this can make the burgers tough.

Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the burgers to ensure they are fully cooked.

Experiment with different cheeses and toppings to create your own unique burger recipe.

Making a burger at home is a simple and satisfying way to enjoy a classic comfort food. With a little bit of preparation and the right ingredients, you can create a delicious burger that will have your taste buds singing. So fire up the grill or heat up the skillet and get ready to enjoy a mouthwatering burger.
